Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°c Fan, 220°c Electric, Gas Mark 7.
Par boil potatoes for 10 - 15 mins until just tender.
Drain potatoes, tossing gently in a colander to fluff up edges.
Put potatoes in a bowl, drizzle over 2 dessert spoons of oil and then sprinkle contents of sachet. Mix to coat evenly.
Spread seasoned potatoes onto a well-oiled large flat baking tray, roast for 30 minutes, turning regularly until potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tender.
