Instructions For Use
Instructions for Helium Fill:
1 - Inflate the balloon with helium (do not over inflate)
2 - Attach the ribbon provided
3 - Anchor the balloon with suitable weight (not included)
Instructions for Air Fill:
1 - Open the tabs on the balloon and carefully insert the straw provided into the hole.
2 - Blow into the straw to inflate the balloon (do not over inflate).
3 - Remove the straw and pinch the tabs together to close the hole.
4 - Thread the ribbon provided through the loops in the balloon to display.

This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release outdoors. Misuse may cause personal injury. Dispose of responsibly. To keep your balloon inflated, avoid exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures. Excessive heat could cause balloon to burst.
