So we can concentrate on fulfilling orders we’ve already received, we’ve temporarily paused taking new orders.
If you’ve placed an order with us already then our teams are working very hard to get your Poundshop order to you as quickly as possible - we'll let you know by email as soon as your order is on the road.
We wish it weren’t the case but our delivery partner DPD is also experiencing delays. Not only is it a busy time of year, there are weather disruptions in some parts of the country as well as Royal Mail strikes.
We know how important your delivery is and we’ll continue to keep you updated - so there’s no need to contact the customer service centre – we’re 100% focused on getting your order to you in the next few days.
Any orders placed after Monday 12th December can’t be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas. Again, we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order is underway.
