FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Win Your Order Back’ monthly prize draw ('The Competition') run by Online Poundshop Limited. They also set out the Terms of the contract between Poundshop.com ("us"/"we") and yourself (“you"/"your").
Please read them carefully and keep hold of a copy for future reference.
1. Eligibility
The Competition is open to any persons aged 18 and over.
This does not include the employees of Online Poundshop Limited or their families, partners or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Win Your Order Back competition.
2. The Prize
The Win Your Order Back competition prize is in the form of a refund for the full value of the winning order. This includes any delivery fees incurred.
This prize is non transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternatives offered.
3. Entering The Competition
To enter the Win Your Order Back competition, an image(s) or video entry must be published between 00:00 on the 1st day of each calendar month and 23:59 on the final date of each calendar month.
The method of entry, whether an image(s) or video, must be published in the form of a social media post of the entrants choice, complete with the hashtag #MyPoundshopHaul in the posts content and by tagging @onlinepoundshop.
We accept entries via the following social media platforms:
- Facebook Post (excluding Stories)
- Instagram Posts or Reels (excluding Stories)
- TikTok Posts
- Twitter Posts (excluding Fleets)
In order for us to have full access to your entry, you must make sure that you are following @onlinepoundshop on the social media platform that your entry was published on. If you decide to publish your entry on more than one social media platform, you must make sure that you follow us on each of those channels.
Any content published by an entrant that has not followed all necessary requirements, or has published their entry on a social media platform that is not listed above, will not be accepted and entered into the Win Your Order Back competition.
4. Contacting The Winner
The chosen ‘winner’ each month will be selected and contacted before the 14th of the following calendar month.
The ‘winner’ will be notified via the chosen social media platform that the entrant used to enter The Competition through, and must accept their prize within 10 working days of notification. If the chosen ‘winner’ does not claim the prize, this will be void and a new winner will be selected.
Upon contacting the chosen ‘winner’, we may ask for you to provide proof of identity to ensure you are eligible to receive the prize.
Please note that Online Poundshop Limiteds decision on the ‘winner’ is final.
5. Content Rights and Permissions
By entering the Win Your Order Back competition, this constitutes acceptance to the sole creation of content, which is to be created on behalf of Online Poundshop Limited.
By entering The Competition, you accept that all content is for the use on Online Poundshop Limited's social media platforms/blogs/website and any paid social media advertising. We will give credit to the original creator where possible.
6. Making changes to The Competition
Online Poundshop Limited reserves the right to alter or amend the eligibility requirements, the entry methods, the prize and the Terms and Conditions of the Win Your Order Back competition if at any point we believe the change is to your advantage or, in our reasonable discretion, is required for the continuing administration of The Competition.
Please be aware that notice of any amendments to The Competition will be made via an announcement on this page.
7. Termination of The Competition
Online Poundshop Limited reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.

8. Liability
Online Poundshop Limited accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged entries to the Win Your Order Back competition. Online Poundshop Limited cannot be held accountable for any inability for entrants to submit their entries as a result of computer service, systems/server failure, error, interruption, defect/delay or any other technical malfunction.
Only entrants that follow the required entry process stated as part of the Terms and Conditions of The Competition, will be considered for the prize. Online Poundshop Limited cannot be held responsible for entrants that have not followed all necessary requirements that warrants a valid entry. Online Poundshop Limited also cannot be held accountable for entries that were not received as part of The Competition for whatever reason possible.
Online Poundshop Limited will also not be held responsible for any costs, losses or damages that the ‘winner’ may incur in relation to the Win Your Order Back competition or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.
9. Your Statutory Rights
