This innovative event brought together a dynamic blend of our brand-new home décor range and savvy value shopping tips and tricks, all under the charming guidance of the renowned presenter, Anthea Turner.

Join us as we dive into the highlights, unveil the event’s unique features, and discover how Anthea’s presence added a touch of sparkle to the entire experience.

The Inside Details of our Pepco Home Event

Held in the heart of bustling Manchester, the Pepco Home event was a masterpiece showcasing our impressive new Pepco homewares range in a decked-out shipping container. The totally transformed container buzzed with excitement as customers flocked to see the stylish, affordable pieces up close and personal in a homely set-up.

Anthea Turner, with her flair for elegance and home decor expertise, was the perfect choice to represent the event. The big surprise came for customers when Anthea revealed that Pepco Home was, in fact, all Poundland products. Both new and loyal Poundland shoppers marvelled at the quality and variety on display. Many attendees couldn't help but draw favourable comparisons, with one enthusiastic visitor stating, "This feels like browsing through M&S or Habitat!" Another added, "The range is on par with what you'd find at Waitrose, but at a fraction of the price." We didn't only highlight Pepco's offerings but also reinforced Poundland’s commitment to providing value without compromising on style.

The Staging Set-Up

The shipping container set up for the Pepco Home event was transformed into an open-plan family room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Interior Stylist and Founder of InsideStylist.com, Emma Morton-Turner, alongside the Poundland team styled the container meticulously, using muted tones and chic decor that perfectly showcased the versatility and elegance of Pepco’s homeware range.

Members of the public were thrilled with the setup, with one visitor exclaiming, "This is my happy place – it feels so homely!" Another remarked on the sophisticated styling, saying, "The muted tones seem very M&S." The display of tableware was particularly impressive, prompting one guest to say, "I want to take those plates home." The thoughtful and meticulously planned staging allowed guests to envision these stylish pieces in their own homes, highlighting Poundland’s knack for combining affordability with aesthetic appeal.

Quality Homeware Without the Hefty Price Tag

“The quality just keeps getting better and better!” – Emma Morton-Turner.

The aim of the Pepco Home event was to demonstrate that stylish, high-quality homeware doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag. Anthea Turner beautifully encapsulated this message, highlighting the exceptional value of the products on display. "You can feel the quality," she noted, as attendees admired the elegant designs and durable materials. She further emphasised the affordability, saying, "You can use it and not think about the price too much as you haven’t got to spend too much money." Our Interior Stylist on set, Emma Morton-Turner, agreed with this remark too “I’m always looking to make the props budget for my photoshoots stretch further and now it’s so easy with the latest Pepco collection.”

The event successfully showcased how Poundland's Pepco range brings sophisticated and durable homeware within reach for everyone, proving that you don't need to break the bank to have a beautiful home.

How To Style Your Home with the Pepco Range

“The colours, the designs, the size, THE PRICE!” – Emma Morton-Turner.

Styling your home with the new Pepco range is all about blending practicality with elegance. We believe that style does not have to be expensive, it can be just as affordable as the likes of John Lewis or H&M. Anthea Turner shared her expert tips on creating a harmonious and stylish living space. "Incorporate key pieces that not only serve a purpose but also add a touch of charm," she advised.

For example, the Pepco Ceramic Swan Moneybox can be a whimsical yet functional addition to a shelf. Why not hang a Brushed Gold Photo Frame with a loved one, adding a hint of luxury to your decor, while the Warm LED Chain Basic Bulbs create a cosy ambience indoors and out.

Anthea also highlighted the importance of smart storage solutions, such as the Pepco Storage Glass Jars with Bamboo Lids available in 1200ml and 1800ml sizes. And for a touch of greenery, she recommended the Pepco Ceramic Plant Pot with Face paired with the Pepco Artificial Grass in Pot. Following these simple tips, you can recreate the stylish and inviting look from the event in your very own home, effortlessly blending form, and function.
