• 170g condensed milk
• 10g butter
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 226g chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Heat the condensed milk and butter in a pan until melted, then stir in the cocoa powder and salt until smooth. Chill the mixture for an hour before rolling it into small balls and chilling again. Melt your chocolate (in a pan or the microwave) and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, placing it on a lined tray before returning the batch to the fridge to cool. • 1 can condensed milk
• 175g brown sugar
• 115g unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
• Pinch of salt
• 200g white chocolate.

Heat everything but the white chocolate in a pan for about 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened. Remove it from the heat and stir in the white chocolate, whisking everything until melted and fully combined. Transfer the fudge mixture to a lined container and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once completely set, remove it and chop it up into small pieces.
