There once was a sweet called Jelly Babies,
In colours that dazzled like sugary daisies.
Soft, chewy, and bright,
A pure gummy delight,
They marched in a rainbow of playful crazies.
With flavours that danced on your tongue,
And shapes like when sweets were first young,
They jiggled with cheer,
Bringing smiles far and near,
A classic that’s stayed ever-young.
Though tiny and fruity and sweet,
They’re tricky to stop when you eat—
Just one turns to ten,
Then ten once again,
Till the bag’s somehow gone in a feat!
