Children should brush their teeth at least twice a day, using a pea sized amount of suitable fluoride toothpaste for two minutes including once before bedtime. Try not to clean your teeth for an hour after eating. After brushing spit out excess toothpaste. Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months or when the filaments become worn. For healthy teeth and gums visit your dentist regularly.
