Dahlia Collarette Seedlings - have a central flower on a flat platter of large, slightly involute petals. The “inner” flower is made up of a collar of short petals that curl upwards to form a ruff around the bloom’s centre. These are spectacular blooms with the colour contrast between the ruff and base petals resulting in a particularly dramatic flower. Collarette Dahlias fall into the small to medium size range. 1.
