Dr Magic Oven & Grill Cleaner, 390ml

Ideal for cleaning ovens, pans, barbecue grills and stainless steel surfaces. 

• Cuts through tough baked on food and grease. 
• Effectively cleans warm or cold ovens. 
• Contains no CFC's or other ozone depleting substances.
• Shake can well and frequently. 
• Wear long rubber gloves. Do not get on the skin, clothing or in eyes. Read warnings, precautions and entire label before use. 

*Note: Follow the directions on the safety cap to remove it. Do not use a knife or other tools to pry the cap. Doing so may puncture the container. 

 

Instructions For Use

Fast cleaning

1. Preheat oven to 100°C (or gas mark 1/4). Once preheated, turn off before applying DR Magic Oven Cleaner.

2. Wear long rubber gloves whilst using.

3. Liberally spread newspaper under oven door and surrounding area to protect floor. For ease of application remove oven racks and clean seperately.

4. Hold can upright, pointed away from face. Spray surfaces from a distances of 20-30cm. Spray top of oven first, then spray sides and bottom.

5. After application, close over door.

6. Allow foam to work for 5-10 minutes then wipe clean with wet cloth and sponge, rinsing frequently. For heavily soiled areas, allow to work longer.

7. After use, rinse spray button thoroughly and drained excess water. Replace cap promptly.

Quick Cold Oven Cleaning

1. Spray on cold oven using Fast Cleaning steps 2-5 above.

2. Close door and allow to sand for at least 20 minutes, longer for heavier soils, then wipe clean with wet cloth and sponge rinsing frequently.

3. Follow step 7 above.

Easy Overnight Cleaning

1. Spray on cold oven using fast cleaning steps 2-5 above

2. Close door and allow to stand overnight for eight hours or longer.

3. Next morning, wipe cleaning with wet cloth or sponge, rinsing frequenrtly.

4. Follow step 7 above.

Grill Cleaning

Do not use on grill exterior, interior or compenents.

1 Remove rack from grill and place on several layers of newspaper on a non-wood surface such as pavements or in utility sink. Brush cooking racks with a stiff wire brush to remove ay remaining food.

2. Hold can upright pointed away from face and spray from a distance 20-30cm. Allow foam to work for 20 minutes or longer.

3. Wipe rack with wet cloth or sponge, rinsing frequently.

4. Follow Step 7 above.

 

Warning

Do not spray on the pilot lights, electrical connections, switches, lightbulbs, or heating elements of thermostats. Do not spray on aluminium or painted surfaces. Do not use on microwaves, convection or continuous cleaning ovens. It can be used on drug versioning ovens, used only in well-ventilated areas.

Danger

Contains Sodium Hydroide. Can cause severe burns and eye damage. Irritating to respiratory system, avoid all contact with skin, do not breath or ingest, use only in well-ventilated areas.

First Aid

IF ON SKIN: Rinse continually for several minutes with cold water. If skin irritation or rash occurs. Get medical advice/attention.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and east to do. Continue rinsing, Immediately call a poison centre or doctor, show the can.

Danger: Pressurised container. May burst if heated, Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flame & other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Keep out of reach of children.

Use only as directed: Do not use near or place on polished or panted surfaces. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal. Keep the container in a well-ventilated place. Do not inhale. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow in case of ingestion seek medical advice. Always wash your hands after use.
