Gluocse Syrup, Sugar, Water, Colour(E129), Potato Starch, Gelling Agents (Agar, Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). Note: E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Directions for use:
Knead the tube before use.
- All small amounts of colours to your icing, frosting or cake batter until desired colour is achieved.
- Make sure to stir well between each addition.
- Add up tp 10g of colour gel to 1kg of cake batter or icing.
More gel can be used elsewhere in the cake but the average above should not be exceeded.
