Instructions For Use
Seed Mixture
This pack contains 14 varieties of flowers, which will all bloom at different times and in varying heights to create the most natural-looking floral display in garden borders, beds and even patio containers. The varieties contained within this mixture are Adonis Pheasent's Eye, Calendula Pot Marigold, Iberis Candytuft, Centaurea Cyanus Cornflower, Cosmos Bipinnatus, Gypsophila Baby's Breath, Saponaria Soapwort, Clarkia Godetia, Nigella Damascena Love-In-A-Mist, Papaver Rhoeas Common Poppy, Ammi Bishops Flower, Convolvulus Dwarf Morning Glory, Silene Pendula Catchflies & Bupleurum Shrubby Hare's Ear.
Sow Outdoors
For best results, sow seeds throughout spring, after the risk of frost has passed; frost can prevent germination and harm seed growth in this early stage. Alternatively, seeds can be sown in autumn for blooms from May, which will recreate the natural self-seeding process of many varieties in this mixture. Prepare the soil by removing stones and weeds, then rake to a depth of 2.5 - 4cm. Evenly scatter the seeds on the surface and gently rake to ensure good soil contact. Water thoroughly and keep the soil moist.
Ensure the mixture is scattered evenly over a suitable area; over-seeding a small space will lead to overcrowding and suppress some of the less rigorous varieties. In this case, less is more!
