Open the cap or push the slider open and pour the liquid. Screw the lid on, taking care that it adheres evenly and tightly to the opening of the mug.

For adult use only. Do not use with products such as warm milk or baby food to avoid bacteria growth. Do not leave citrus drinks in the product for more than 12 hours. Do not freeze the product. Check for minor impurities between the seals that may cause leaks. Do not overfill. Carry in an upright position.
